Responsibilities
- Analyze and document system requirements and specifications.
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical requirements.
- Design and implement system solutions that meet business objectives.
- Conduct system testing and validation to ensure proper functionality and performance.
- Provide support and troubleshooting for existing systems.
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure smooth integration of new solutions.
- Prepare technical documentation and user manuals for end-users.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3-9 years of experience in system analysis or a similar role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in system analysis tools and methodologies.
- Experience with software development life cycle (SDLC) processes.
- Knowledge of database management and data modeling.
- Familiarity with programming languages such as Java, C#, or Python.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
