We are seeking a motivated System Analyst with experience in the banking sector to join our team in Southeast Asia. The ideal candidate will analyze and improve our banking systems to enhance efficiency and user experience.
Responsibilities
- Analyze and document business requirements for banking systems.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure system requirements align with business objectives.
- Conduct system testing and validation to ensure quality and functionality.
- Provide technical support and training to end-users on banking systems.
- Prepare reports and presentations on system performance and user feedback.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in system analysis, preferably in the banking or financial services sector.
- Strong understanding of banking operations and regulatory requirements.
- Proficiency in database management and SQL.
- Experience with system modeling tools and methodologies (e.g., UML, Agile).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work with cross-functional teams.
