Job Title: Network Engineer (Mandarin Speaker)

Job Responsibilities
- Provide basic network support and troubleshooting for LAN/WAN, routers, switches, and firewalls.
- Monitor network performance and resolve connectivity issues.
- Assist in network configuration, installation, and maintenance of network devices.
- Support incident management and respond to network-related tickets.
- Work closely with senior engineers to maintain network stability and security.
- Document technical issues and solutions in the ticketing system.
- Communicate with Mandarin-speaking users and stakeholders for issue resolution.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Computer Science, IT, Network Engineering, or related field.
- 0–1 year experience in networking or fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Basic knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLAN).
- Familiarity with networking devices such as routers, switches, and firewalls.
- Understanding of network monitoring or ticketing tools is a plus.
- Mandarin language proficiency is required to support Mandarin-speaking clients.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of Cisco networking, CCNA fundamentals.
- Basic understanding of network security concepts.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and learn quickly.
