Role Description

This is a part-time hybrid role for a Takaful Advisor based in WP. Kuala Lumpur. The Takaful Advisor is responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, understanding their financial and protection needs, and providing tailored Takaful solutions. The role involves educating clients on Takaful products, identifying new opportunities for business development, and achieving set sales targets. While the role is based in Kuala Lumpur, it offers flexibility for some remote work arrangements.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills
• Sales, negotiation, and customer service abilities
• Proficiency in analyzing financial needs and presenting tailored solutions
• Self-discipline, time management, and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently in a hybrid environment and meet targets
• Familiarity with financial or Takaful products and regulations is an advantage
• Relevant certifications or training in Takaful and financial planning are beneficial
• Proficiency in local languages will be an added advantage
