Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Takaful Advisor based in Kuantan and will opening soon in Temerloh. The Takaful Advisor will be responsible for providing financial advice and recommending suitable takaful plans to meet clients needs. The role involves maintaining strong relationships with clients, conducting financial assessments, and ensuring clients are well-informed about takaful products and services. The consultant will also focus on achieving sales targets and contributing to the growth of the company.
Qualifications
- Sales and customer relationship building skills
- Proactive attitude, strong negotiation capabilities, and attention to detail
- Ability to analyze client needs and propose tailored solutions
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- SPM as minimum qualification
- Possession of a diploma or degree in finance, business, or related discipline are strongly recommended
- Experience in the takaful or insurance industry is an added advantage
- Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia and English
