Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Takaful Consultant, based in Kuantan with the flexibility for some work-from-home days. As a Takaful Consultant, your responsibilities include identifying potential clients and understanding their financial needs, providing personalized financial and takaful solutions, and building lasting relationships with clients. You will also provide ongoing support and advice to ensure your clients needs are met while adhering to the principles of takaful. Additionally, you will strive to meet and exceed sales targets by promoting the company's suite of takaful products.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with the clients.
• Understanding of financial planning and takaful principles, alongside the ability to develop tailored advice for clients.
• Self-motivation, time management skills, and the ability to work independently and within a team in a hybrid work environment.
• Customer service and consultation abilities to provide excellent support and guidance.
• Proficiency in relevant tools and platforms to manage client records and create presentations.
• Possess at least a diploma or bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; prior experience in the takaful or financial services industry will be an advantage.
