Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs. create job descriptions and align on timelines.
Source candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and other channels to build a strong pipeline of candidates.
Ensure a positive experience for candidates and hiring managers through timely communication and consistent engagement.
Conduct screenings, interviews, and assessments to evaluate candidates technical skills and cultural fit.
Maintain relationships with universities, professional bodies, and industry associations, career centres to support talent pipelines.
Monitor recruitment metrics, analyse data, and provide insights and reports to stakeholders.
Drive continuous improvement by identifying trends in recruitment data and providing actionable insights to refine hiring efforts.
Create engaging content for social media, career pages, employee spotlights, and internal communications that highlight our culture, people, and growth opportunities.
Capture and curate authentic stories, visuals, and moments from around the business to strengthen our employer narrative.
Manage content calendar to ensure channels remain active, relevant, and compelling.
Track and report branding metrics such as reach, engagement, impressions, and sentiment to understand and improve campaign performance.
Lead employee engagement initiatives, including culture-building activities, recognition programs, and company-wide events.
Strengthen internal communication channels and foster an open, feedback-driven culture.
Key Requirements
Possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management or related field.
Minimum 4 – 7 years of HR experience with exposure to hiring, employee relations experience in recruitment, talent attraction, or employer branding, with exposure to executing hiring activities or creating digital content.
Excellent communication skills in English.
Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset; proficient in using data to measure performance, generate insights, and drive decisions.
Solid knowledge of Malaysia's Employment Act and HR best practices. Knowledge of
HR policies, labor laws, and best practices of other regions is an added advantage (e.g. Indonesia, Thailand, Philippines etc)
Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach, capable of navigating ambiguity and thriving in a fast-paced, global environment.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across different levels and cultures.
