Job Description

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Recruiter to support our Singapore & Malaysia operations. The ideal candidate will take ownership of end-to-end recruitment for Singapore & Malaysia roles, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating with hiring managers, scheduling interviews, and collecting candidate documents for HRBP to prepare salary proposals, extending offers and assist with other HR initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source, attract, and screen candidates using multiple channels (job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, networking).
  • Submit qualified resumes to hiring managers in a timely manner.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
  • Collect documents from candidates (e.g., certificates, identification, employment records) to assist HRBP in preparing salary proposals.
  • Support onboarding coordination.
  • Support recruitment interns / participate in internship hiring where required.

Requirements

  • Minimum 23 years of experience in recruitment (including internship experience), preferably with exposure to Singapore hiring.
  • Proven experience in sourcing and attracting talent across multiple channels.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills to liaise effectively with regional hiring managers.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and capable of working independently to meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of Singapore employment market and hiring norms is highly desirable.
