We're expanding our HR team and are looking for a proactive, hands-on Talent Acquisition Executive who is excited by more than just filling vacancies. Responsibilities

  • Own full-cycle recruitment for roles spanning the entire organization — from technicians and service crew to executives and managers — not just sourcing, but real candidate evaluation.
  • Conduct substantive interviews that go beyond preliminary screening: assess technical competence, judgment, and fit well enough that hiring managers can make a confident final call from your input.
  • Screen and shortlist CVs with a sharp eye for genuine fit over keyword-matching, tailoring your bar to the level and nature of each role.
  • Post and manage job openings across all relevant platforms (job boards, LinkedIn, university channels, walk-in/referral pipelines) and keep listings current and well-targeted.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers across very different functions and personalities — Operations, Sales, Logistics, CX, Design, R&D — adapting your approach to how each manager works and what each role actually needs.
  • Coordinate training schedules, logistics, and follow-through for the FF Academy, working with internal trainers and external partners to keep technician and frontline skill development on track.
  • Maintain a clean, organized hiring pipeline and candidate record-keeping so nothing falls through the cracks across multiple simultaneous openings.

Requirements

  • Possess a Diploma/Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
  • At least 2–3 years of recruitment or HR experience (fresh grads can be considered if strong)
  • Familiar with LinkedIn, JobStreet, or recruitment platforms
  • Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
