What will you be doing
1. End-to-End Recruitment
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from requisition to onboarding.
- Review staff requisitions (SRF) and job specifications with Hiring Managers/Human Capital Business Partner.
- Develop and publish job advertisements across internal and external platforms (e.g., JobStreet, LinkedIn, career portals).
2. Candidate Sourcing & Screening
- Source candidates through various channels including job portals, social media, referrals, and databases.
- Screen applications and shortlist candidates based on job requirements and competency fit.
- Conduct initial phone screening to assess candidate suitability, experience, and expectations.
3. Interview Coordination & Selection
- Coordinate interview arrangements between candidates and Hiring Managers.
- Participate in interviews (where required) and provide candidate evaluations.
- Facilitate selection decisions and ensure alignment with hiring requirements.
4. Offer Management
- Prepare salary proposals and offer letters in accordance with company guidelines.
- Manage offer negotiation with selected candidates.
- Ensure timely communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
5. Recruitment Administration & Compliance
- Maintain and update candidate records, recruitment trackers, and HR systems.
- Ensure proper documentation in line with company policies and audit requirements.
- Ensure recruitment activities comply with internal HR policies and procedures.
6. Employer Branding & Talent Pipeline
- Support employer branding initiatives such as career fairs, campus engagements, and recruitment campaigns.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for critical positions.
What you bring
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline.
- 2–3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Strong sourcing and screening capabilities.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
- Strong coordination and organizational skills.
- Attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
