About the role

Get hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment! From sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and supporting onboarding, you'll learn how a TA team attracts, hires, and welcomes great talent. Perfect for curious, proactive learners who want a real taste of HR and recruitment in action.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Search for potential candidates using job portals, and internal databases.
  • Learn how to review resumes and shortlist candidates based on role requirements.
  • Conduct initial phone screenings and coordinate next steps.
  • Schedule interviews and manage calendars for candidates and hiring managers while ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.
  • Communicate with candidates professionally throughout the hiring journey.
  • Support recruitment campaigns, career fairs, and campus hiring initiatives.
  • Help create simple content for LinkedIn, job ads, and career-related posts.
  • Assist in improving how we attract and engage talent.
  • Assist with pre-onboarding coordination and prepare materials for new hires to support their Day 1 experience.
  • Work with HR and internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
