Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements, qualifications and skills for open positions.
Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates, utilizing various sourcing channels such as job boards, social media and networking.
Review and screen resumes and applications to identify potential candidates for further evaluation.
Conduct phone screens and interviews to assess candidate's qualifications, skills and cultural fit.
Coordinate and participate in panel interviews and other assessment methods, as needed.
Evaluate candidates using a combination of behavioral-based interviewing techniques, skills assessments, and reference checks.
Provide guidelines and support to hiring managers throughout the selection process, including making recommendations and facilitating the decision-making process.
Ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining clear communication, providing timely feedback, and addressing candidates inquiries.
Stay updated on industry trends, recruitment best practice, and legal requirements to enhance the effectiveness of talent acquisition processes.
Collaborate with the HR team to improve recruitment strategies, employer branding, and onboarding processes.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment data and reports.
Job Requirements:
At least 2 -3 years(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Experience to hire any vacancy related to the Live Streaming, Content and Media industry will be an added advantage to this job application.
Experience with recruiting platforms and social media such as Jobstreet, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, Instagram and Twitter.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the adaptability to surface top talent.
