Job Description

Job Descriptions:

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements, qualifications and skills for open positions.
  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates, utilizing various sourcing channels such as job boards, social media and networking.
  • Review and screen resumes and applications to identify potential candidates for further evaluation.
  • Conduct phone screens and interviews to assess candidate's qualifications, skills and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate and participate in panel interviews and other assessment methods, as needed.
  • Evaluate candidates using a combination of behavioral-based interviewing techniques, skills assessments, and reference checks.
  • Provide guidelines and support to hiring managers throughout the selection process, including making recommendations and facilitating the decision-making process.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining clear communication, providing timely feedback, and addressing candidates inquiries.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, recruitment best practice, and legal requirements to enhance the effectiveness of talent acquisition processes.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to improve recruitment strategies, employer branding, and onboarding processes.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment data and reports.

Job Requirements:

  • At least 2 -3 years(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Experience to hire any vacancy related to the Live Streaming, Content and Media industry will be an added advantage to this job application.
  • Experience with recruiting platforms and social media such as Jobstreet, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, Instagram and Twitter.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the adaptability to surface top talent.
  • A creative, outgoing, and result-oriented candidate is required.
