Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Talent Acquisition Specialist (Mandarin Speaker) based in Greater Kuala Lumpur. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for managing the full life cycle of recruiting, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring top talent, especially for Sales position. Daily tasks include developing and maintaining employer branding, coordinating with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, and conducting interviews to assess candidate fit. The Specialist will also be involved in refining recruitment processes to ensure a seamless and efficient hiring experience.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Mandarin and English
• Min 2 years Experience in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Hiring
• Skills in Employer Branding and Recruiting
• Proficiency in Interviewing and assessing candidates
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with recruitment software and applicant tracking systems is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
