Purpose:
As a Talent Sourcing Specialist, you'll be connecting exceptional talent with the right opportunities. Your core responsibility will be to source and screen qualified candidates for roles shared by our recruitment consultants in Singapore.
Key Responsibilities
- Play a vital role within the Singapore desk team, supporting the staffing needs of clients based in Singapore.
- Gain a clear understanding of clients business operations and hiring requirements.
- Source suitable candidates through multiple channels, including headhunting, database searches, online job postings, and referrals.
- Conduct both cold and warm outreach calls to screen candidates and identify the best fit for each role.
- Coordinate interview schedules and support the hiring process, including tasks such as reference checks.
- Obtain feedback from consultants on submitted candidates and keep candidates updated on outcomes.
- Manage candidate relationships throughout the hiring process, from initial contact to offer or rejection.
- Communicate feedback to candidates professionally and constructively.
- Ensure strict adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Handle additional ad hoc duties as required.
Requirements:
- Possess bachelor's degree in any field.
- Have 1-2 years of relevant working experience or HR internship will be an added advantage.
- Strong passion for sales and recruitment.
- Must have excellent organizing, time management, communication, and people skills.
- Responsible, takes initiative in work and able to commit to work.
