Role Overview

As a Tech Support – Management Information System (MIS), you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of all IT systems, software, and user support across the organization. This role focuses on hands-on technical support, system troubleshooting, and IT operations, including enterprise systems like SAP and internally developed platforms. You will also play a key role in supporting onboarding processes, managing IT assets, and maintaining office technology infrastructure including support for warehouse operations systems and devices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide end-user support for all company systems, including SAP and internally developed software.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues in a timely manner.
  • Provide support on employee onboarding and offboarding processes in collaboration with HR/Admin, including laptop acquisition and setup, system access, and IT orientation.
  • Prepare, configure, and maintain laptops, work devices, and other IT equipment.
  • Manage and monitor office IT infrastructure, including CCTV systems, printers, and network devices.
  • Handle software subscriptions, licensing, and IT-related procurement processes.
  • Liaise with external vendors and IT service providers for system support, maintenance, and upgrades.
  • Ensure IT policies, procedures, and security standards are properly implemented and followed.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of IT assets, systems, and support activities.
  • Provide basic user training and guidance on IT tools and systems when needed.
  • Support warehouse operations by ensuring system availability, troubleshooting warehouse-related devices (e.g., scanners, printers), and assisting users on operational systems.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2–4 years of experience in IT Support, MIS, or Helpdesk roles.
  • Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Hands-on experience supporting SAP and/or other ERP systems is an added advantage.
  • Familiarity with hardware setup, network troubleshooting, and system administration.
  • Experience managing IT assets, software licenses, and vendor coordination.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive and service-oriented mindset.
  • Good communication skills and ability to support non-technical users effectively.
  • Able to work independently and manage multiple support requests efficiently.
