Job Summary

The Technical IT Sales Specialist is responsible for handling incoming customer inquiries, converting leads into sales, and supporting overall revenue growth. This role focuses on delivering consultative sales, maintaining excellent customer service, and building strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Inbound Lead Handling & Conversion

  • Respond promptly and professionally to incoming sales inquiries via phone, email, chat, or web forms.
  • Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services.
  • Convert inquiries into confirmed sales or qualified opportunities using consultative sales techniques.

Product & Market Knowledge

  • Develop a strong understanding of company products and services.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and customer feedback to improve sales effectiveness.

CRM & Reporting

  • Document customer conversations, sales activities, and lead status in the CRM system.
  • Provide regular reports on sales performance, conversion rates, and pipeline status.

Customer Service & Relationship Management

  • Deliver excellent customer service, address basic concerns, and escalate complex issues appropriately.
  • Build long-term relationships to support repeat business and upselling opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Proven sales experience in the IT industry (minimum 1 year preferred).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Cantonese and/or Mandarin.
  • Strong listening skills with the ability to apply consultative selling techniques.
  • Comfortable using CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools.
  • Ability to meet sales targets and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Positive attitude, self-motivated, and target-driven.
  • Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
