We're Hiring: Technical Sales Engineer – Johor Bahru, Malaysia

What You'll Do:
- Promote and sell industrial metrology solutions—including X-Ray CT, 2D/3D vision and scanning systems, portable-arm CMMs, laser trackers, CMMs, and other precision measurement instruments-within your assigned territory.
- Achieve or exceed sales targets through proactive account management and new business development.
- Conduct regular visits to customers to understand evolving requirements and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Provide technical information, manage sales funnels, and ensure accurate CRM updates for effective follow-up and team collaboration.
- Work closely with the Sales Manager and cross-functional teams to meet customer expectations.
- Support marketing initiatives, including exhibitions, seminars, and roadshows.
What We're Looking For:
- Degree in Engineering/Science.
- 3+ years sales experience (metrology/industrial equipment preferred).
- Strong communication & relationship-building skills.
- Customer focus with a value-selling approach.
- Proven sales skills with a passion for meeting and exceeding targets.
- Team-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills.
- High integrity, discipline, and self-motivation.
- Own transport required.
