Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in WP, Kuala Lumpur, for a Technical Sales Engineer. The Technical Sales Engineer will be responsible for providing technical expertise to clients, delivering tailored sales solutions, and supporting customers in understanding and implementing engineering products or services. Day-to-day tasks include engaging with potential and existing customers, conducting technical presentations, preparing proposals, and collaborating with internal teams to address customer needs effectively. The role requires balancing technical proficiency with strong sales and communication skills to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or any related field
  • Fresh Grads are encouraged to apply
  • Experience in Sales Engineering and implementing technical knowledge to support sales processes
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to present and explain technical concepts effectively
  • Expertise in providing Technical Support and building trust with customers
  • Ability to manage and expand client relationships while meeting sales targets
  • Proven ability to work in a collaborative on-site environment in Kuala Lumpur
  • Prior experience in engineering-related sales is a strong advantage
