Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in WP. Kuala Lumpur for a Technical Sales Engineer. The role involves providing technical sales support, identifying customer needs, and delivering tailored solutions for key and valuables management systems. Tasks include conducting product demonstrations, preparing technical proposals, troubleshooting client concerns, and collaborating with internal teams to meet sales objectives. The role requires maintaining strong client relationships and contributing to business growth with a customer-focused approach.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Technical Sales and Sales Engineering to effectively identify solutions and provide value to clients.
• Strong skills in Sales and Communication to build relationships, understand customer needs, and deliver impactful presentations.
• Experience in Technical Support to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues effectively for clients.
• Ability to problem-solve and adapt in dynamic environments, coupled with strong organizational skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience in the security or technology sector is a plus.
