Job Description

Job Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support to production operations to ensure efficiency and minimal disruptions.
  • Diagnose and resolve process-related issues across various manufacturing steps.
  • Collaborate with engineering, quality, and maintenance teams to address equipment and product challenges.
  • Perform root cause analysis on production abnormalities and implement corrective and preventive measures.
  • Assist in new product introduction (NPI) activities, ensuring alignment with customer requirements and quality standards.
  • Maintain and update process documentation, work instructions, and technical reports.
  • Coordinate with external partners on technical matters and support improvement initiatives.
  • Deliver on-site technical guidance and training to enhance operator and technician skillsets.

Job Requirements:
  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Chemical, Electrical, Electronic, Mechanical, or related).
  • At least 2 years of experience in PCB/electronics manufacturing environment
  • Familiarity with fabrication processes and inspection methods used in advanced manufacturing.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with practical experience in troubleshooting.
  • Effective communicator with strong coordination skills across cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in English; Mandarin language skills will be considered an advantage.
