Technical Trainer (Six Sigma) - Mftg Engineering | Melaka Malaysia | Contract 12 M | Quick Joiner

We are looking for an experienced Technical Trainer to strengthen engineering capability through structured machine/process training, Six Sigma problem-solving, and knowledge retention programs across Bump, Probe, Test, Post Test, Assembly & Quality teams.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver classroom and hands-on technical training for engineers and technicians

Develop onboarding programs to accelerate new hire ramp-up

Create and release training materials, troubleshooting guides, and best practices

Conduct skills gap assessments and deliver targeted upskilling programs

Train teams on Six Sigma, DMAIC, 5 Why, Fishbone, Pareto Analysis

Collaborate with SMEs, vendors, and stakeholders to capture and retain technical knowledge

Required Skills: 5-10 Years

Strong experience in technical training / manufacturing engineering training

Knowledge of machine operations, process control, and troubleshooting

Experience with Six Sigma and structured problem-solving

Ability to create effective training content and facilitate workshops

Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
