Technician

A CW engineering technician works in the MPE lab PPV/platform engineering in executes validation/ repair, platform assembly , conversion, and assists with the assigned Lab tools and systems as well as maintains a high standard of Safety & 6S at the workplace. Possess a high degree of judgment and initiative to resolve complex non-standard problems and develop recommendations. Monitor & Accountable for Quality execution and task completion performance, Comply with SOP (Standard Operating Procedure), Seek clarification and problem-solving in ambiguity. Partner and learn from an Engineer or Field Service Engineer (from OEM). Document AAR for each escalation to reduce/eliminate future escalation. Assist or partner with Intel IT/network/Apps team in troubleshooting/repair or IT/network/Apps engineering activities.

Education/Experience:

Diploma in Mechatronics and electronic engineering or related fields. Experience in electronic board debug, PC assembly processing, failure analysis tools

Self-driven and ability multi-task in complex environments.

Decision Making & Judgment

Computer Systems: MS word, excel, PPT, Email

Communication

Strong verbal and written communication, able to provide a comprehensive update on work progress and also engineering data compilation

Sound engineering and process knowledge for excursion/qual activities mentioned above.

Sunday to Tuesday/ Wednesday or Tuesday/ Wednesday to Saturday
