Overview

Job Description

To carry out breakdown maintenance, preventive maintenance, and improvement project to overall NGC premises.

Duties And Responsibilities

  • Carry out breakdown, preventive maintenance, and improvement projects across all Hartalega NGC areas (Production, QA, Warehouse, Utilities, Compounding, Offices).
  • Perform electrical panel isolation, troubleshooting, wiring work, and apply LOTO for all isolation tasks.
  • Troubleshoot, repair, and modify machines to minimize downtime and improve overall equipment efficiency (OEE).
  • Be ready for on-call duties, work shifts, and provide feedback to superiors on outstanding issues.
  • Ensure high-quality work, adherence to standards, KPI achievement, and maintain ISO-compliant documentation.
  • Encourage teamwork and liaise with other departments/plants for cross-functional activities.
  • Rectify internal and external customer complaints promptly.
  • Ensure burners, tooling, and plant equipment operate efficiently; execute annual maintenance on time.
  • Attend relevant training and support other plant maintenance activities as instructed.
  • Carry out additional tasks assigned by superiors while following company rules, policies, and safety practices.

Requirements

Education:

  • SPM / Certificate / Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical or any equivalent.
  • PW2, AO Certificates will be an advantage.

Work Experience:

  • Preferable to have 1 year experience in electrical/mechanical related industry.
  • However, fresh graduate with good attitude and initiative shall be considered.
