Your Role
Key responsibilities in your new role
- Responsible for reliability testing support with loading and unloading of integrated circuit devices onto biased boards and chambers activities
- Ensure to meet cycle time and zero quality issue
- Ability to differentiate package types and load boards/tools to use for stress execution.
- Bench testing and debugging of reliability test circuits / boards verification.
- Operation of measurement equipment such as curve tracer, oscilloscope and multimeters for supporting in-house calibration activities.
- Know-how in reliability stress testing e.g. Environmental, Electrical/ Functional stress testing.
- Reliability engineering support responsibilities may be assigned on an as needed basis.
Your Profile
Qualifications And Skills To Help You Succeed
- A Certification or Diploma in Electronics or equivalent vocational certification.
- Minimum 1 3 years of working experience in semiconductor industry(Reliability lab experience preferred).
- Fresh college graduates are encourage to apply.
- Good communication (written and verbal) and working experience with MS Excel, MS Word, Outlook and similar desktop computing applications.
