Conduct supplier risk and due diligence assessments, including cybersecurity, financial and ESG considerations.
Deliver and track cost savings and optimisation initiatives, including licence optimisation and consumption management.
Ensure sourcing activities comply with ESG, sustainability and regulatory requirements (e.g. data residency, AI ethics). Use digital and AI‑enabled tools to support spend analysis, contract reviews and renewal tracking.
Support regional implementation, guided buying and catalogue management within eProcurement systems.
Work closely with IT, Legal, Finance and regional teams to ensure smooth sourcing‑to‑contract execution.
Contribute to category reporting and continuous improvement, escalating key issues to the Head of Category when required.
Job Requirements:
Procurement experience with the focused-on Technology categories (SaaS, cloud and cybersecurity experience essential).
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Business, Supply Chain or related discipline.
Professional certifications such as MCIPS / CPSM, Cloud Practitioner or ITIL are an advantage.
Proven track record executing complex technology sourcing initiatives and delivering measurable savings and compliance outcomes.
Strong expertise in software and SaaS contracting, TCO analysis, vendor ecosystems and emerging technology trends.
Excellent negotiation, analytical and modelling skills (Excel / Power BI).Strong stakeholder management and project delivery capability.
