Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated Telemarketing Specialist for a full-time, on-site position based in Kuala Lumpur. In this role, you will be responsible for generating leads, reaching out to potential and existing customers via phone, understanding their needs, and promoting relevant banking products and services. You will handle customer inquiries, provide excellent customer service, and work towards achieving sales targets while maintaining a professional and positive attitude in all customer interactions.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Lead Generation and Sales to identify prospects and drive product or service adoption.
  • Proficiency in Customer Service and Customer Support to address inquiries and resolve issues effectively.
  • Excellent Communication skills to engage with customers and convey information clearly and persuasively.
  • Ability to work in a target-driven environment and achieve assigned quotas.
  • Self-motivated and result-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Prior experience in telemarketing, sales, or a customer-facing role is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in using telecommunication tools and CRM software is a plus.
