Telesales/Telecaller Executive

Job Responsibilities:

● Responsible for calling customers to introduce information about the products that the business is providing.

● Call to consult and convince customers to use the right product and close the order according to the data the customer has demanded (available data).

● Manage / store customer information on the company system

● Take care and support close customers, provide preferential programs for customers to increasesales

● Completing the assigned KPIs as prescribed

Requirements :

● Min SPM graduated with at least 3-6 months of Telesales experience (making sales via call out)

● Fresh Graduate are most welcome.

● Preference will be given to candidates with sales/product consulting experience from industries such as beauty, banking/finance, telecommunication, Insurance, online business

● Voice clear, fluent, good communication English and Malay
