  • Responding to queries via chat, email, or phone
  • Assisting other staff members on troubleshooting and diagnosing problems
  • Providing technical assistance for questions and problems
  • Resolving problems with MDEC assigned computer systems.
  • Following up with customers to ensure full resolution of issues.
  • Requesting feedback and/or monitoring calls and other methods of correspondence to improve training methods.
  • Running reports to analyse common complaints and problems.
  • Installing or changing software to fix issues.
  • Remotely accessing hardware or software for MDEC Staffs to make changes and fix problems.
  • Support Asset Tracking and Asset Management
  • Provide AV / Video Conference Support

Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree or Diploma related to Computer Science , IT Bachelor/ Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience in technical support, IT operations, would be advantage
