To support the Internal Audit Department in executing audit engagements, documentation, data analysis, and administrative coordination.
The role provides operational support and does not assume audit decision-making authority.
- Duties and Responsibilities
- Audit Engagement Support
- Assist in preparation of audit programs and checklists
- Perform walkthrough documentation and process mapping
- Execute basic audit testing under supervision
- Conduct sampling and data extraction
- Assist in preparing working papers in accordance with audit methodology
- Ensure proper documentation and filing of audit evidence
- Data Analysis & Documentation
- Compile and analyse financial and operational data
- Perform basic reconciliation and variance analysis
- Assist in drafting preliminary audit comments
- Administrative & Coordination Support
- Arrange audit meetings and interviews
- Follow up with auditees for requested documents
- Maintain audit documentation repository
- Assist in preparation of reports and presentation materials
