Job Descriptions
The incumbent is responsible for administration and execution of several key HR function:
- Internal and external recruitment
- Org Chart Management
- Data Maintenance, reporting, TA Communications, and other HR matters
Recruitment Activities
- Carry out end to end recruitment activities for assigned roles
- Build and maintain relationship with hiring managers and guidance on recruitment related activities
- Execute end to end staff movement request such as assignment, covering, lateral transfer and secondment
Reporting And Process Improvement
- Maintain record and integrity of data in HR system
- Review process and procedures and provide recommendation for process improvement
- Support the implementation of HRA related projects, as and when necessary
Implementation of new HRMS
- To support on Recruitment data verification module requirements as and when required
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g.., Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Communications).
