Job Descriptions

The incumbent is responsible for administration and execution of several key HR function:

  • Internal and external recruitment
  • Org Chart Management
  • Data Maintenance, reporting, TA Communications, and other HR matters

Recruitment Activities

  • Carry out end to end recruitment activities for assigned roles
  • Build and maintain relationship with hiring managers and guidance on recruitment related activities
  • Execute end to end staff movement request such as assignment, covering, lateral transfer and secondment

Reporting And Process Improvement

  • Maintain record and integrity of data in HR system
  • Review process and procedures and provide recommendation for process improvement
  • Support the implementation of HRA related projects, as and when necessary

Implementation of new HRMS

  • To support on Recruitment data verification module requirements as and when required

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g.., Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Communications).
