Test Analyst (2 years & above)
- Analyze and understand the requirements (BRS/SRS/FRS)
- Design and execute Test Cases
- Write thorough unit or integration tests with developers
- Create and manage system test scripts
- Document test results and evaluate results; raise the bugs when the actual result is not equal to the expected result
- Involved in SIT and UAT testing activities
Desired Skills
- Must have background experience in one of more the following areas (Capital Markets, Retail/Commercial Banking, eBanking/Electronic Payments, Risk, Compliance, or Capital Markets, Life Insurance)
- Fluent in English, Mandarin or Cantonese speaking candidates ismandatory
- The position is based at Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia on hybrid mode.
Experience
- Solid end to end test management experience in managing User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Able to handle projects as per the Waterfall and Agile methodologies
- Possess analytical and strategic with a track record of success in delivering results within a large complex organization.
- Embody the organization culture and align; support organization vision and mission
- Excellent interpersonal, written & communications skills
- Highly result oriented and able to work independently
- Demonstrates ability to build relationship and work well with peers from both business and technology stakeholders
