Develop, maintain and optimize wafer test, final testand utilities test programs to ensure robust coverage, yield and efficiency for volume production products.
Analyze device behaviour andtest data to debug issues, provide test solutions and support CQC containment, MRB/material disposition and customer return investigations.
Drive yield improvement andtest time reduction from a testengineering perspective.
Provide testengineering input and support for material disposition and MRB decisions.
Execute cost reduction activities, including insertion elimination, process simplification, andtest program optimization.
Support CQC (Customer Quality Complaint) activities, including CQC containment test development and release, feasibility study on containment work andtest strategy changes.
Develop and support test programs for reliability stress readout and RAP tests.
Support debugging and root cause finding for customer returns on ATE and production issues.
Requirement
Degree or Master's in Electrical or Electronics Engineering (or related disciplines such as Automotive Control or Information Engineering).
Proven skills in hardware design, test program development, test software programming and analog test.
Experience with Advantest Smartest 7 and Teradyne J750 testers is an added advantage.
Experience with tester/bench/measurement and debugging; able to independently debug hardware and software issues.
