Test Manager

Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Test Manager with 10-16 years of experience to lead our testing efforts in the SEA region. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the testing process, managing a team of testers, and ensuring the quality of our software products.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the testing team to ensure high quality of software products.
• Develop and implement testing strategies and plans to ensure comprehensive coverage.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and communication.
• Monitor and report on testing progress, defects, and overall quality metrics.
• Provide mentorship and training to junior testers and team members.
• Identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices in testing.

Skills and Qualifications

• 10-16 years of experience in software testing and quality assurance.
• Strong knowledge of test management tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail) and automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, QTP).
• Experience in Agile and DevOps methodologies.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
