Test Manager, Quality Assurance Manager

Description

We are seeking an experienced Test Manager / Quality Assurance Manager to join our team in Southeast Asia. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality assurance processes and will be responsible for leading the QA team to ensure the highest quality of software deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement quality assurance strategies and processes.
• Manage and lead the QA team to ensure quality standards are met.
• Create and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
• Analyze testing results and provide feedback to development teams.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Identify areas for process improvement within the QA lifecycle.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Skills and Qualifications

• 6-7 years of experience in Quality Assurance or Test Management.
• Strong knowledge of QA methodologies and software development life cycle (SDLC).
• Proficiency in test management tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail).
• Experience with automated testing tools (e.g., Selenium, QTP).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.
