Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Test Manager with strong expertise in test strategy, defect management, automation/performance testing, and team leadership. The ideal candidate should be capable of managing end-to-end testing activities while ensuring quality delivery across Agile/Waterfall hybrid environments.

TOSCA / MABL (Scriptless / AI-based)

Performance Testing / Monitoring (Preferred)

LoadRunner (C)

JMeter (Groovy/Java)

k6 (JavaScript)

Dynatrace

Nagios

Additional Requirements

Strong communication skills ability to articulate testing issues & progress clearly

Experience in Agile / Waterfall Hybrid methodologies

CI/CD integration experience

Financial industry testing background (Added advantage)

Relevant certifications in testing or programming tools (Preferred)
