Job Description
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage a multinational team analyzing web data for a prestigious international company;
Identify improvement opportunities in work-flow, team structure, user experience, and suggest solutions;
Manage ad-hoc operational projects and process improvement initiatives as per client requirements;
Interface effectively with other teams, delivery lead and client teams;
Manage the performance of the team and act as the team's career counselor;
Forecast team output and support scheduling of agents.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree
2-4 years of work experience as Team Lead & university education;
Team leadership experience and proven track record of success in previous work;
Fluency in English
Good knowledge of other foreign language(s) will be an asset;
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office;
Strong verbal and written communication skills in Japanese.
