Job Responsibilities:
Insurance Claims Operations
- Work closely with business teams to understand insurance and claims workflows guidelines and operational processes
- Analyze requirements identify process gaps and ensure smooth alignment between business operations and system functionality
- Support daytoday operational activities related to claims processing and issue resolution
Testing Quality Assurance
- Review functional and nonfunctional requirements to design comprehensive clear and traceable test cases
- Execute manual test cases for claims and insurance modules ensuring all business scenarios are validated
- Document test results track defects and collaborate with tech teams for resolution
- Participate in UAT cycles and ensure readiness for production deployments
- Conduct test result walkthroughs with users explaining findings variances and system behaviors
Stakeholder Communication
- Collaborate with product technology QA and business operations teams to ensure highquality deliverables
- Provide timely updates on testing progress risks and dependencies
- Facilitate user discussions clarifying requirements and validating business expectations
Required Skills Qualifications
- 2-6 years of experience in insurance or claims operations
- Strong understanding of insurance claims lifecycle regulations and operational workflows
- Hands-on experience in writing and executing test cases test planning and defect management
- Ability to perform system testing integration testing and UAT support
- Proficiency with test management tools eg JIRA ALM Azure DevOps
- Strong analytical documentation and communication skills
- Ability to work both independently and in a cross functional team environment.
