Vice President, Supply Chain Financing Sales

Job Purpose :

• As a Supply Chain Financing (SCF), incumbent for this role will play a pivotal role in setting up SCF capabilities, overseeing and managing key projects within the SCF domain.
• Key responsibilities will include implementing strategic initiatives and ensuring successful execution of projects in setting up SCF capabilities.

Financial

• To grow income from SCF to 15% of Trade Total Income in 5 Years
• Achieve Balance Sheet and Income Target annually.
• Achieve lower NPL case.

Customer (Internal And/Or External)

• Establish of partnership with key stakeholders in the supply chain ecosystem.
• Drive customers pipeline and establish / forecast income with Relationship managers.
• Supplier and Buyer adoption rate on the SCF Platform.
• Customer (anchor and counterparties) onboarding efficiency improvement in TAT.
• Customer Satisfaction Score (CSAT) Customer satisfaction with the SCF services.

Job Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Accountacy, Finance, Commerce or any related.
• Proven experience in Sales, specifically in Supply Chain Financing & Structured Trade.
• Strong understanding and supply chain financing products, processes and industry trends.
• Minimum 5 years experience with relevant financial systems and technologies used in SCF.
• Experience in managing and motivating cross-functional project teams.
• Strategic planning development of SCF's strategy to align with Bank's overall objectives.
• Strong networking with internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong networking about risk and compliance relevant to banking and SCFs business.
