Job Title: Logistics Engineer / Warehouse Keeper

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Logistics Engineer/Warehouse Keeper to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for warehouse layout design and planning, data analysis and optimization, as well as the parameter setting, maintenance, and guidance for smart logistics equipment. This role requires a strong background in warehouse logistics management, proficiency in data analysis, and experience with intelligent logistics systems.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design and plan warehouse layouts to optimize space utilization and operational efficiency.
2. Analyze warehouse data to identify areas for improvement and implement optimization strategies.
3. Set parameters, perform maintenance, and provide guidance for smart logistics equipment.
4. Ensure the smooth operation of warehouse logistics systems and processes.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support logistics and supply chain initiatives.
6. Maintain accurate records and generate reports on warehouse operations and performance.

Qualifications:

1. Education Level: College diploma or above.
2. Training/Major: Modern Logistics Management, Logistics Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields.
3. Knowledge & Skills:

• Strong knowledge of logistics management and logistics engineering.
• Proficiency in computer applications and data analysis tools.
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and smart logistics equipment.

1. Work Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role.
2. Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Office and other office software.
3. Language Proficiency:

• Fluent in Mandarin.
• CET-4 level English or equivalent.
• Proficiency in Malay is a strong advantage.

• Expertise in warehouse logistics management and engineering.
• Familiarity with warehouse logistics systems and smart logistics equipment.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

1. Additional Requirements:

• Manufacturing warehouse logistics background is preferred.
• Proficiency in English, Mandarin, and Malay is highly desirable.
