Warehouse Project- Expansion and Capacity, Fulfillment Centre (Bukit Raja, Klang)

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our Projects team supporting warehouse operations with focus on expansion and capacity management. In this role, you will be responsible for driving capacity initiatives in our fulfillment warehouses to ensure sufficient warehouse space to support business growth.

Job Description

• Optimize Warehouse Utilization: Monitor warehouse usage and costs, identifying key indicators to proactively plan and execute cost-effective expansion or optimization projects.

• Design Optimal Layouts: Analyze current stock profiles and utilization data to develop efficient layout plans and recommend storage types that maximize space and accessibility.

• Monitor and Improve Warehouse Throughput: Ensure warehouses have sufficient space, workstations and equipment to support business operations as we scale.

• Drive Continuous Improvement: Actively participate in various ad-hoc projects focused on enhancing overall warehouse processes and efficiency.

Requirement

• Bachelor's degree from a top-tier university is required.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in consulting and/or project management, with a strong preference for candidates with direct involvement in warehouse design, implementation, or significant process improvement projects within a warehouse environment.

• Experience with project management methodologies is a plus.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating strong organizational and time-management skills. Experience with project management methodologies is a plus.

• Solid data analysis skills, including the ability to interpret complex datasets and generate actionable insights.
