Oversee the accurate and efficient picking and packing of customer orders.
Ensure order accuracy and quality packaging to meet delivery standards.
Coordinate with shipping carriers for timely dispatch and manage shipping documentation.
Monitor outbound shipments for on-time delivery and address any delivery exceptions.
Manage return processing and re-stocking of returned items.
Maintain a clean and organized outbound processing area.
Inventory Management
Lead cycle count activities and continuous inventory audits to ensure inventory accuracy (target 98%+).
Investigate and resolve inventory variances, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions.
Implement and enforce inventory control processes (e.g., FIFO, FEFO) to minimize shrinkage and obsolescence.
Manage stock locations, re-slotting, and space optimization.
Utilize WMS/ERP systems for real-time inventory tracking and reporting.
Collaborate with planning teams on inventory forecasting and demand planning as needed.
Requirements
Diploma in Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering or relevant disciplines is preferred. Others with transferable skill sets are welcomed to apply.
Experienced in logistics operations would be preferred.
Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English will be added as an advantage.
Strong leadership skills, promoting collaboration and teamwork across different departments/stakeholders.
Intermediate computer skills such as Excel/GSheet.
Working hours pattern: 45 working hours weekly, rotational shift schedule, overtime if required
