Workday Integration

Lead the design, implement and continuous improvement of integrations using Workday Studio (complex transformations, multi-file payloads, conditional orchestration, chunking, parallelization).

Independently support and configure Workday Core Connectors (including CCB, CCTPP, PECI) and EIBs for inbound/outbound data flows.

Oversee Boomi Integration Processes: providing assistance with the Boomi integration processes, including error monitoring and recovery if necessary. This includes monitoring the integration implemented in Boomi to identify any errors or failures.

Diagnose and resolve any issues that arise.

Independently lead sFTP Portal Support: Lead the operational management of the sFTP (Secure File Transfer Protocol) portal to multiple payroll vendors globally, leveraging log analysis to identify errors. Where errors occur, coordinate with infrastructure and

networking teams to investigate and rectify the issues promptly.

Independently manage PGP and SSH Key Rotations: Lifecycle management of PGP and SSH key rotations across payroll vendors and downstream systems. Ensure the regular rotation of encryption keys to maintain a high level of security, coordinating with the

respective vendors and downstream systems to update the keys minimizing any potential disruptions.

Develop and support Integrations & Reports between Workday and other 3rd party applications, building and maintaining vendor relationships with Payroll Vendor technical teams.

Own end-to-end monitoring: Workday Integration Events, Boomi Process Reporting, SFTP folder health, and downstream acknowledgements.

Develop and maintain integrations using Workday tools such as Core Connectors, Packaged Connectors, and EIBs

Develop and document procedures that cover all technical aspects of Integrations.

Develop and manage Workday Studio based integration.

Accountability 2: Workday Platform Operations & Incident Management

Configure and maintain Workday HCM modules (e.g. Core HCM, Security, Business Processes, Organisations, Advance Compensation, Absence, etc.) to meet evolving business needs.

Manage and maintain security roles and access in accordance with governance and compliance requirements.

Enforce least-privilege access, segregated integration system users, token/secret management, and audit trails.
