About your new role!

Were looking for an Account Executive to lead day-to-day client engagement on-site with one of Malaysias top telco brands. Youll be the front line for specific Business Units for campaign planning, creative approvals, and stakeholder coordination working closely with integrated teams across creative, content, production, and strategy to keep the engine running smoothly.

This role will work on one of Malaysias leading Telecommunication providers. You will also get to collaborate with a large and diverse array of other creatives and consultants within GrowthOps.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accountability for the day-to-day execution and financial management of assigned accounts.
• Attend and facilitate (as appropriate) all status meetings, client meetings and client calls.
• Participate in marketing planning and execution of operational/tactical aspects of campaigns.
• Monitor both client and agency budgets, including oversight of campaign costs.
• Act as a liaison between all departments and the client to ensure a timely completion of projects.
• Any other reasonable duties, functions or responsibilities assigned to you from time to time.

What we&aposd love to see from you

• Minimum of a diploma degree; Marketing, Business or Communications degree preferred and at least1 year prior advertising agency experience.
• Comprehensive understanding of general marketing practices
• Strong computer skills, proficient use of Microsoft Office (including PowerPoint) and Internet
• Confident handling complex, high-volume timelines with multiple stakeholders
• Strong understanding of creative and production processes
• Excellent communicator both written and verbal with a sharp eye for detail
• Calm, professional, and collaborative in fast-paced client environments
