Client Success Executive
Full-time | Remote | Singapore-market focused

2. What you need to know about this role:
This role supports the Client Success Manager in owning client outcomes, managing day-to-day client relationships, and assisting in ensuring the smooth running of media campaigns. The Client Success Executive will work alongside the Client Success Manager, performance teams, and analysts to deliver the best results for clients.
You'll assist in managing client portfolios, protect the performance team, and support in executing growth-led strategies.
3. What you will actually do:
As a Client Success Executive, you will be an integral part of a high-performing team, supporting the Client Success Manager in managing client relationships and ensuring that client expectations are met.
Client Support
- Assist in maintaining strong client relationships by providing timely communication and proactive support
- Help translate performance data into clear and actionable insights for clients
- Support the Client Success Manager in leading client meetings and ensuring client satisfaction
- Communicate clearly and effectively, ensuring that all client requests are addressed promptly
- Handle administrative tasks like client reporting, campaign tracking, and meeting notes
Media & Performance Assistance
- Help with preparing media plans, performance reports, and forecasting
- Understand key performance metrics (CPL, CPA, CAC, ROAS, CVR, etc.) and assist in evaluating campaign performance
- Spot potential performance risks and escalate them to the Client Success Manager in a timely manner
- Assist in ensuring media performance meets client expectations, while working closely with the Performance team
Internal Team Support
- Collaborate with the Client Success Manager to ensure smooth coordination within the team and across departments (Performance, Creative, Analytics)
- Assist in tracking project timelines and deliverables to ensure quality control and avoid burnout
- Learn and grow in client success methodologies, with the goal of becoming more independent in handling client portfolios
4. What we are NOT looking for:
- Someone who is solely focused on administration with no drive to learn about the client's business
- Someone who only understands best practices but not trade-offs
- Someone who avoids taking responsibility or does not support senior team members
- Someone who needs constant validation before taking initiative
5. Hard Requirements (non-negotiable)
- Native or near-native English speaker (written and spoken)
- Strong understanding of the Singapore market, its clients, and decision-making culture
- 1-3 years of experience in client success / account management within a performance marketing agency or related field
- Basic understanding of digital media channels like Search, Social, LinkedIn, Meta, TikTok, etc.
- Proficiency with Excel / Sheets and familiarity with data analysis
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- A proactive attitude with the ability to handle multiple tasks and clients effectively
6. Nice to have (but not required)
- Experience with paid media in an agency environment
- Familiarity with media buying or running campaigns hands-on
- Experience working with international teams or exposure to global markets
- Exposure to analytics tools beyond ad platforms (GA4, CRM data, etc.)
