JOB OPPORTUNITY AT OFO TECH SDN BHD

Position: Account Executive

Location: 3 Towers, Jalan Ampang, Kuala Lumpur (HQ)

Job Scope & Responsibilities:

The Account Executive will report directly to the Head of Finance and assist in managing the full operations of the Accounts & Finance Department, supporting both the company and its business units.

Key responsibilities include:

Financial Operations

-Manage daily, weekly, monthly, and annual financial activities.

-Handle a full set of accounts, including General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, tax, and treasury.

-Ensure timely preparation and submission of monthly closing accounts.

-Process company payments accurately and promptly.

-Coordinate and respond to inquiries related to accounts payable/receivable from internal teams and external parties.

-Perform monthly bank reconciliations.

-Ensure all accounting records and procedures comply with company policies, accounting standards, and tax regulations.

-Monitor project milestones to ensure timely submission of claims and collection of payments.

-Manage day-to-day accounting operations.

-Undertake any ad-hoc accounting or finance-related tasks as assigned by the Superior/Manager.

Requirements & Qualifications

-Degree or Diploma in Finance, Accountancy, Business Administration, or related fields (students pursuing final semester are encouraged to apply).

-Preferably 12 years of relevant working experience.

-Strong understanding of finance, accounting, budgeting, and cost control principles.

-Proficient in accounting software (particularly SQL) and Microsoft Office applications (Excel & Word).

-Able to work independently with minimal supervision.

-Demonstrates strong discipline, resilience, initiative, and problem-solving mindset.
