Job Description

Job Title: Account Manager Financial Institution Business Units

We are looking for Account Manager for managing and expanding key customer accounts within the banking and insurance sector, focusing on digital solutions.

This role involves building strategic relationship, understanding financial-industry requirements, and delivering digital products and services that support customer operational, compliance and business goals.

The position plays a role in driving revenue growth, ensuring service quality and strengthening the Company's position as a trusted digital solutions partner in the financial services industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the main contact for assigned customers, ensuring timely and effective communication. Establish professional and long-term relationship with customers through customer satisfaction and excellent system quality and technical support.
  • Comprehensive understanding of customer's business environment, proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates customer needs on an ongoing basis.
  • Conduct regular business review and follow up meetings with key customers and business partners.
  • Identify new sales opportunities. Prepare and deliver solution proposal and presentation tailored for BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, & Insurance) industry for business opportunities.
  • Accountable for proposals and quotations to ensure it meet all customer's technical requirement and commercial objectives. Negotiate contract terms and conditions to meet both customer and company needs.
  • Work closely with the management and technical team to achieve growth and sales targets in your assigned markets and industries Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
  • Support the development of new digital products based on customer feedback and market trends.
  • Manage sophisticated sales cycles, leveraging internal and external resources as appropriate
  • Prepare various sales forecast and performance report to the management team.

Requirements:

  • Diploma/ Degree in Business, IT, Marketing or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in account management, solution sales, business development in related industry with proven sales track record in solution selling within major services or software vendors. Insurance/Digital Solution sales, relevant enterprise experience will be added advantage.
  • Experience Banking & Insurance/Digital Solution sales and handling corporate clients and experience selling to large banks or insurance in Malaysian and ASEAN is an added advantage.
  • Ability to understand complex business requirements and translate into digital solutions proposal and good understanding of digital solutions (software, platforms, cloud solution)
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a consultative mindset.
