Job Summary:

Supporting Finance Manager/Senior Manager in co-ordination and preparation of group consolidation report with analysis (monthly, quarterly and annually) and provide the necessary support in other related Finance functions such as budgeting, audit and other ad-hoc matters.

Job Description:

Group Level

• Preparation of monthly group executive summary and performance analysis, sub-group of Property Segment.
• Supporting the preparation of Quarterly Board presentation slides and relevant reporting.
• Supporting the preparation of Quarterly condensed reporting notes and annual financial statement, specifically on capital commitment, right of use and lease obligation, trade receivables, trade payables and inventories of the group.
• Supporting the Group Budgeting, specifically on sub-group of Property Segment.

Property Group (Add on scope, seconded to Property)

• Prepare budget tracking template and submit to respective department by monthly basis. (Property Group)
• Prepare Transfer Pricing Document for Property Group.
• Responsible for quarterly board paper preparation for Property Group
• Responsible for Property Group segmental analysis submitting it to Head Office on quarter basis.
• Responsible for the budget planning process for Property Group which covers liaise with every department, compiling budget data and preparing board paper.
