We're Hiring: Accounts Payable Specialist (Chinese Speaking)

About The Role

Addiction Foods is looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist with at least 3 years of accounts payable experience in a manufacturing company, hands-on SAP knowledge, and familiarity with AI tools to support accurate payment processing and improve finance workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Process supplier invoices and verify supporting documents, approvals, and account coding.
• Match invoices against purchase orders and goods receipts.
• Prepare payment schedules and ensure timely, accurate supplier payments.
• Reconcile supplier statements and resolve invoice discrepancies with suppliers and internal teams.
• Maintain accounts payable records in SAP and support month-end closing, accruals, and audits.
• Use AI and digital tools to improve reporting, document handling, and routine processes while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.
  
  

Requirements

• At least 3 years of hands-on accounts payable experience in a manufacturing company.
• Practical knowledge of SAP, particularly accounts payable and purchasing transactions.
• Familiarity with AI tools and their application to finance tasks and process improvement.
• Good understanding of invoice matching, supplier reconciliations, payment controls, and month-end procedures.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills.
• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.
