Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in coordinating schedules, meetings, and appointments for management.
- Support preparation of meeting materials such as agendas, minutes, reports, and presentations.
- Assist in tracking follow-ups and action items arising from meetings.
- Assist in preparing, organising, and maintaining documents, reports, and records.
- Handle information and documents with confidentiality and professionalism.
- Assist in coordinating logistics for meetings, internal events, and company activities.
- Support internal administrative processes and documentation.
- Provide administrative support for ad-hoc tasks and projects assigned by management.
- Learn and support management-related administrative processes and workflows.
- Proactively assist in improving administrative efficiency and organisation
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, or related fields.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; relevant internship experience will be an advantage.
- Good organisational and time-management skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English (Mandarin is an added advantage).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Positive learning attitude, responsible, and detail-oriented.
- Able to work independently with guidance and supervision
